English: So-called Portrait of Maria Theresa of Austria (1717-1780), but is probably a depiction of her mother Elisabeth Christine of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel (1691-1750).
  • Identification proposed by user Ecummenic (talk) based on the comparison with some portraits of Empress Elisabeth Christine (see images below) and the lack of physical resemblance of the sitter of this portrait to verified representations of Maria Theresa.
