English: "High above the desert environment of Tucson, Arizona, is a small mountain community of Summerhaven. There was a wildfire here in 2003 that destroyed many homes, in addition to acres of forest. Slowely, the forest is returning. On our recent hike here we saw many baby pine trees about 5 inches tall sprouting. Now, some of the homes are also being reconstructed. This one sits on top of the mountain and would have a wonderful view of Tucson below." |
