Deutsch: Fenster beim Eingang der Synagoge von Enschede. Der Text ist eine Kurzfassung aus dem Buch der Sprichwörter, 8:34 "Wohl dem, der auf mich hört, der Tag für Tag an meinen Toren wacht und meine Türpfosten hütet".
English: Stained glass window from the synagogue in Enschede, depicting a griffin. Text is a shortened version of "Blessed are those who listen to me; watching daily at my doors; waiting at my doorway." (Proverbs 8:34)
Nederlands: Gebrandschilderd raam bij de ingang van de synagoge van Enschede. De tekst is een verkorte versie van Spreuken 8:34. "Gelukkig is elk mens die naar mij luistert, dag in dag uit bij mijn woning staat, de wacht houdt bij mijn deur."
