Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Dynamics of exocytosis and endocytosis imaged using sypHy. TIRF imaging of the footprint of an isolated bipolar cell from the retina of a transgenic fish expressing sypHy. The signal marks the relative change in the fluorescence, with black at ΔF/F = 0, and saturating white at ΔF/F = 4 (corresponding to Figure 4B). The timing of the depolarizing stimulus is marked by a white square in the top left-hand corner. Original movie acquired at 20 Hz but here every two frames have been averaged.
