Residential house. Built in 1910. Its street façade is made with quader stones, decorated with angel relief. Carpentry workshop with original equipment. Industrial monument ID under the name 'Residential house, carpentry workshop' - 7 Szent László Road /Road 6204/, Martonvásár, Fejér County, Hungary

Lakóház, népi. A földszintes, utcára merőleges gerincű, nyeregtetős, oromfalas lakóház 1910‑ben épült. Településképi Arculati Kézikönyv (TAK) Utcai homlokzata kváderes kőből, faragványokkal díszítve.Asztalosműhely eredeti berendezéssel. Angyal-dombormű info: kozterkep.hu - 'Lakóház, asztalosműhely' néven ipari műemlék azonosító: 3684 törzsszám: 10323 - 1884-ben az ercsi út (2023-ban Szent László út) iskola felőli oldalán három nagyobb épület állt: az Ofner kereskedőcsalád házai (egyikük emeletes volt) és Gresser Tamás L alakú háza. Az 1880-as években /ercsi út iskola túloldala felőli/ a Müller-házat és a (régebbi) Purnhauser-házat ekkor alakították át fordított házzá. 1905 őszén a nagy tűzvész ebben az utcában pusztított, így a réginagygazdaházakra ma már csak néhány homlokzat emlékeztet.
