Note by the uploader/re-scanner: This is a 2015 rescan of File:T Chylinski.png depicting insignia on Tadeusz Chyliński's lapel, per original image OTRS permitter wishes, Mr. RafałChyliński, as communicated to me in person, together with the scanned printout material itself, which I then rescanned and adjusted in Preview under Mac OS X to the best of my ability. White banding is the artifact of this process, perhaps avoidable or amenable to graphic lab remediation or if the material is uploaded directly.
