Description Local kids from the village of Tanar, Afghanistan scatter as the Provincial Reconstruction Team-Kunar security force members based at Camp Wright in Asadabad, approach the village entrance Oct. 5, 2009. After checking on the progress of a nearby constructed bridge, members from the PRT learned from locals of a medical clinic nearby and decided to check on the conditions of the clinic. The PRT along with a member from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers passed through this area talking to locals along the way assessing basic needs and security conditions. (U.S. Air Force photo/ Tech.
