Bahasa Indonesia: Secara historis Balatindak adalah tradisi Kerajaan Banggai dalam melakukan perekrutan seorang Talenga atau Panglima perang dengan melakukan sayembara adu ketangkasan bertarung. Kini keberanian dan ketangkasan para panglima perang diabadikan dalam tarian Balatindak, hingga sekarang tarian Balatindak di pertunjukan dalam setiap tamu agung Kerajaan yang berkunjung ke Kerajaan Banggai atau atau di daerah Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan, Kabupaten Banggai Laut dan Kabupaten Banggai.
