Motivbeskrivning: Slaget vid Orfordness 1704.

Historik: Strid mellan svenska och engelska örlogsfartyg utanför Orfordness 28 juli 1704. Svensk konvoj eskorterat av skeppet Öland under befäl av Gustaf Psilander möte en engelsk eskader. Psilander vägrade hala sin vimpel för engelsmännen och engelsmännen besköt då Öland och striden utbröt. Efter några timmars strid var det svenska fartyget försatt ut stridbart skick. Psilander signalerade då sjönöd, eldgivningen avbröts och Öland beslagstogs.
