Description
English: On light brown ground with delicate diaper pattern from engraved roller, a polychrome pattern of wreaths and garlands of roses, thistle, ivy, etc. One wreath contains a fleur de lys of three white feathers, said to be a symbol of the Prince of Whales. The green is dark and bright, a "solid" or direct green.
