Description
English: Transesophageal echocardiography showing a modified view of the right ventricular outflow tract. Gas emboli can be seen in the right ventricular outflow tract as well as a pulmonary artery catheter. Image was acquired less than one minute after endoscopic vein harvest had stopped. Images not saved showed significantly more gas in the RVOT, which very quickly dissipated once insufflation had stopped.
