Description
English: Live cell imaging of amoebic cells expressing GFP-EhCaBP3. The movie represents the time sequence of a moving amoeba expressing GFP-EhCaBP3. Note the enrichment of EhCaBP3 within 8 s at the site of RBC attachment to the cell surface of amoeba. Bar represents 5 µm.
