Description
English: FANCC localizes with Centrin at centrosomes. Confocal microscopic visualization and 3D reconstruction of 293T cells labeled with anti-FANCC and anti-Centrin-2 antibodies using a Olympus IX81-ZDC fluorescent microscope equipped with a Spinning Disc confocal system and the Metamorph NX software.
