Description
English: Meiotic spindle assembly and cell division in wild type and dv1-1 cells. Five separate meiotic division events are shown in succession corresponding to Figures 4A–E. Each frame represents 5 min in real time. Scale bars shown are 10 μm. Microtubules tagged with CFP-tubulin are shown in blue while SYTO12 staining DNA is shown in green.
