Description
English: Representative three-dimensional reconstructions of d 14 pp spermatocytes. Three-dimensional reconstructions of structurally preserved spermatocytes from 14 day old wildtype and lamin C2−/− mice stained with anti-SYCP3 and anti-SUN1. Note that at day 14 pp a significant number of lamin C2−/− spermatocytes show characteristically clustered telomeres, while in the wildtype most telomeres are evenly dispersed at the NE. Scale bars 5 µm.
