Description
English: Supplementary Movie 7 KlpA-Δtail exhibits minus end-directed motility in the microtubule-gliding experiments. Movie showing that surface-immobilized GFP-KlpA-Δtail molecules via the N-terminal polyhistidine-tag collectively drive polarity-marked microtubules (red) to glide with the bright plus ends leading. Microtubules are labeled with TMR. This movie corresponds to Fig. 3b.
