English: Europe Stage, Sziget Festival. Taken on the 13th of August, 2016. Therr Maitz: " Anyone can offer an idea, then they just need to realize, and here already includes managerial mechanism: all should work. Magyar: Europa Színpad, Sziget Fesztivál. A felvétel 2016. augusztus 13-án készült. Therr Maitz és zenei csoportja. Therr Maitz: Bárkinek lehet egy ötlete. Meg kell valósítani azt az ötletet és ehhez már vezetési folyamatra van szükség: mindennek működnie kell. A kreativ emberek mindig ilyenek: tele vannak ötletekkel, de amikor a megvalósításra kerül sor előjönnek a problémák. Egy száz százalékosan jó ötlet megvalósítása még nehezebb. Úgyhogy szükséges az, hogy világosan lássuk azt, hogy ki kezeli az egész folyamatot, ki a felelős az eredményért. A Therr Maitz-ban én vagyok a vezető, de egyébként nyitott vagyok a különböző javaslatokra ami a vezető fontos tulajdonsága kell legyen. Ahogy az is, hogy a saját ötleteit átadja az övéinek (nevet).
