English:
Reök Palace. Two storey listed corner building. Built in 1906–1907. Art Nouveau style. Planned by Ede Magyar. Architecturál sculptures made by Winkler & Co. (from Budapest). Wrought iron by Pál Fekete local smith. In 1930 the courtyard side buildings remodelled to flats. - 56 Tisza Lajos Boulevard = 2 Magyar Ede Square= 12 Kölcsey Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Reök-palota 1896–98-ban a korábban itt állt Reök Iván tulajdonában álló épületben volt a Magyar Kir. Folyammérnökség hivatala. A hivatal vezetője Reök Iván földbirtokos, városi bizottsági tag, országgyűlési képviselő volt. Az új bérház Magyar Ede tervei alapján szecessziós stílusban 1906–07-ben épült. Winkler & Társai pesti épületszobrászok. Fekete Pál (1873-1908) szegedi díszkovács. - 2007 óta Regionális Összművészeti Központ (REÖK), rendezvényhelyszín - Reök-palota, azonosító: 3514, törzsszám: 8470 - része a Szeged történeti belvárosa, műemléki együttesnek - Csongrád-Csanád vármegye, Szeged, Belváros városrész, Magyar Ede tér 2 = Tisza Lajos körút 56 = Kölcsey utca 12. helyrajzi szám: 3909.
