English: Photograph of Joseph Cotten (at top) and other cast members in costume during the shooting of film sequences for the Mercury Theatre production Too Much Johnson Feature story is titled "Metro-Goldwyn-Mercury" (no author credit) Photo caption reads as follows: This boat, as far as people who see the finished film are concerned, will be going to Cuba. But Mr. Welles borrowed it for a while when he was shooting at the Battery and a few minutes after the picture was taken—as you might guess from the sign—it set sail for Bear Mountain up the Hudson a ways. The hero, or leading man, is up above. The regular passengers thought it was all silly, but fun. |
