Description
English: Concomitant movement of vRNPs with mRFP-Rab11a. HeLa-mRFP-Rab11a cells were infected with rSeVLeGFP and live cell analysis was performed using an Olympus FV1000 confocal microscope. Circles indicate LeGFP and mRFP-Rab11a moving together in the cytoplasm.
