Description

Le cycle biologique des myxomycètes comprend deux stades principaux : • - Premier stade : un stade mobile, sous la forme d'un plasmode qui se déplace sur son support en se nourrissant de bactéries, levures, spores, moisissures, petits champignons, phagocytant ses " proies " un peu comme les amibes. • - Deuxième stade : quand le plasmode a accumulé suffisamment de réserves nutritives, il s'immobilise et forme des sporocystes qui donnent des spores.
