Description
English: Multi-National Division- Baghdad and 1st Cavalry Division Commanding, Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Fil Jr., front, accompanied by Lt. Col. James W. Phillips (right), commander of the 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, tours the Palestine Market in the Rusafa District of eastern Baghdad, Iraq, June 19. Over 1,800 barriers have been emplaced in the market since May 1, making the area more secure.
