Rodriguez served 18 months as the commander of FORSCOM and is slated as the next commander of U.S. Africa Command, headquartered in Stuttgart Germany. U.S. Army Lt. Gen. William B. Garrett III, the deputy commanding general of FORSCOM, assumed the duties of acting commander of FORSCOM from Rodriguez during the ceremony. |
