Description U.S. Marines with Force Reconnaissance Company, 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion conduct bilateral jump training with a Royal Thai Marine Corps reconnaissance team during exercise Cobra Gold 2011 at U-Tapao Thai Navy Airfield, Chonburi province, Thailand, Jan. 21, 2011. Cobra Gold is a regularly-scheduled joint/combined exercise designed to ensure regional peace and strengthen the ability of the Royal Thai Armed Forces to defend Thailand and respond to regional contingencies.
