Description Representatives from 5th Signal Command, U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District, the German Ministry of Construction and Wolff Mueller broke ground on the 59,000-square-foot Information Processing Center June 28, 2012 at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Germany. Upon completion, the IPC will improve the information technology capabilities of USAREUR and 5th Signal Command. The IPC contains numerous sustainable design elements. The facility is on track to be LEED Silver certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers photo by Jennifer Aldridge)
