Summary[edit]

Description The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District continues to make good progress on military family housing projects at the Vogelweh Housing Complex near Kaiserslautern, Germany. The Europe District will oversee the construction of almost $40 million in new townhouses and duplexes at Vogelweh by mid-2011. These housing upgrades focus on eliminating stairwell apartments and other inadequate housing facilities. (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers photo by John Rice)
