  • A shield-shaped embroidered item with a semi-circular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in width overall consisting of a yellow background with four contiguous diagonal lines from upper left corner to lower right corner each 3/32 inches (.24 cm) in width. The diagonal lines are top to bottom scarlet, ultramarine blue, white and black. The item is edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow border and an inside black border 1/8 inch (.32 cm).
