NAVAL STATION MAYPORT, Fla. (Feb 14, 2013) The Military Sealift Command joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) arrives for a port visit to Naval Station Mayport. Spearhead is scheduled to support future Southern Partnership Station missions in the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
