English: 220603-N-TP834-1003 U.S. Army Lt Col. Michael Thiesfeld, U.S. Space Command force management division chief welcomes members of the Human Resources Operations Center, 4th Infantry Division G1 team from Fort Carson, Colo. and U.S. Space Command service members to a how promotion boards operate speakers series, June 3, 2022, at USSPACECOM headquarters at Peterson Space Force Base, Colo. Human Capital directorate hosted the 4 ID G1 team during the first in a series of presentations to how promotion boards operate. During the presentation they focused on the Army non-commissioned officer promotion system. The professional growth and advancement of USSPACECOM service members is instrumental to the rapidly advancing capability of the Joint Force space systems.
