Description
English: Sgt. 1st Class Ammala Louangketh, at the stretch of four-lane highway near Conn Barracks where he extracted a victim of a car accident from oncoming traffic. The logbook of the local fire station suggests that the accident actually happened on October 8, 2009 at the intersection of the B303 federal highway and the Schweinfurt-West junction of the A71 freeway.
