Description
English: Vice Admiral Steven D. Poulin visits the 9/11 Memorial in New York City on September 11, 2020 to honor Coast Guardsman who gave there lives on this day 19 years ago. VADM Poulin commemorates Jeffrey M. Palazzo, a New York City Firefighter and Coast Guard reservist, by placing a rose on his name engraving at the memorial.
