English: Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, Ingalls Operations, Pascagoula, MS, (Apr. 19, 2002) -- Hundreds of people wave flags and show their support for the guided missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67) as it leaves Pascagoula, MS, to return to its homeport in Norfolk, VA. The Cole has been in Pascagoula for the past 14 months undergoing repairs after a terrorist bomb blew a hole in the port side while refueling in the port city of Aden, Yemen, on Oct. 12, 2000, killing 17 sailors.
