English: Operation Enduring Freedom (Aug. 8, 2002) -- A member of the United States Coast Guard’s Law Enforcement Detachment (LEDET) #106 from San Diego, Calif, helps a shipmate up from the lower decks of an Iraqi cargo boat, which was suspected of smuggling oil out of Iraq. The LEDET team is currently assigned aboard USS Hopper (DDG 70) and deployed with the guided missile destroyed in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Southern Watch.
