Description
English: New York, N.Y. (Sep. 9, 2002) -- Marine Corps Staff Sergeant Joseph Streeter assigned to the Marine Corps Band in Quantico, Va., plays “Taps” at a flag raising ceremony on the overlook of World Financial Building 2. Flags from all five Armed Services are being raised along with those of the Police and Fire Departments. Ceremonies are being conducted throughout the country as the Sept. 11 Anniversary approaches.
