Description
English: San Jose, Calif. (May 21, 2004) - Cryptologic Technician Interpreter 2nd Class Casey Tibbs, wins a 100-meter race while qualifying for the U.S. Paralympics Sprint Team. Petty Officer Tibbs will participate in the 2004 Paralympics, Sept. 16-29 in Athens, Greece, the second largest sporting event in the world, next to the able-bodied scheduled in Athens this August. His performance at the 2004 Far West Games held at San Jose City College, San Jose, Calif. qualified Tibbs for the race in Athens. U.S. Navy photo by Journalist 1st Class James G. Pinsky (RELEASED)
