English: Gonaives, Haiti (May 7, 2005) – U.S. Navy Seabees roll a tent up at Camp Unity in preparation for the camp’s closing in Gonaives, Haiti. The Seabees are assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One (NMCB-1) stationed in Gulfport, Miss. NMCB-1 is part of the New Horizons Task Force, which is deployed to Haiti for three months to conduct humanitarian and civic assistance mission sponsored by Commander U.S. Southern Command. The Task Force conducting New Horizons built schools, drilled potable water wells and conducted free health clinics.
