English: Al Asad, Iraq (May 12, 2005) – Chief Engineer's Aide Charles Danley, center, assisted by Engineer's Aide William McKenzie, left, and Lt. James Langlois, uses a Dual Mass Dynamic Cone Penetrometer to test soil firmness in the base of an airfield runway expansion joint trench at the air base in Al Asad, Iraq. The Seabees of NMCB-24 are currently engaged in a massive airfield runway restoration at the airbase in Al Asad, Iraq.
