English: Yokosuka, Japan (Sept. 29, 2005) - Rear Adm. Frederic R. Ruehe exchanges salutes with Rear Adm. James D. Kelly, who relieved him as Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan, during a change-of-command ceremony aboard USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63).
