English: Camp Patriot, Kuwait (Dec. 9, 2006) - Customs Border Clearance Agent Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Ryan Koney, right, points out clumps of missed dirt to Customs Border Clearance Agent Quartermaster 3rd Class Christian Moreno during a quality control inspection of a U.S. Army Humvee. Inspectors assigned to Navy Customs Battalion Romeo ensure all military equipment returning from Iraq is rigorously washed and inspected in accordance with U.S. Department of Agriculture standards.
