English: BELIZE (June 23, 2007) - Medical patients depart a U.S. Navy MH-60S Seahawk assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28 after receiving medical care and airlift from the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) to the Monsignor Romero Roman Catholic School in the Valley of Peace. Comfort is on a four-month humanitarian deployment to Latin America and the Caribbean region to provide medical treatment to approximately 85,000 patients in a dozen countries. While deployed, Comfort is under the operational control of U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command and tactical control of Destroyer Squadron 24.
