Doug Crowder hand a box to a Philippine official during the Project Handclasp ceremony. More than 80 pallets of supplies and goods are being distributed throughout the Philippines in support of Pacific Partnership 2007. Pacific Partnership builds on previous humanitarian assistance and disaster relief deployments such as tsunami relief operations in 2005 and the 2006 humanitarian assistance mission of Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19).
