English: HONOLULU (Oct. 31, 2007) - Senior Chief Religious Program Specialist Peter Dyksterhouse, Pacific Fleet Personal Excellence Partnership coordinator, gives a high-five to a Kalihi Elementary School student during the school's third annual Red Ribbon Week ceremony. Red Ribbon Week is a weeklong event where students all over the United States pledge to live a healthy, drug-free and alcohol-free lifestyle.
