Stennis's (CVN 74) Weapons Department damage control division, holds a plastic bag as a water chute while draining a fire plug to be removed and replaced during a docking planned incremental availability (DPIA). Stennis is in DPIA at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard performing upgrades to work spaces, propulsion and self-defense systems, making the ship mission capable for future deployments.
