English: FIFTH FLEET AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (Dec. 10, 2007) Aboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), Machinery Repairman Fireman Christopher Fanador cuts a brass cylinder with a lathe machine to make coins. Truman and embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3 are on deployment in support of Maritime Security Operations (MSO). MSO help set the conditions for security and stability in the maritime environment, as well as complement the counterterrorism and security efforts of regional nations.
