English: GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (June 15, 2008) Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Josh Bruns snorkels off the coast of U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. Snorkeling is one of the outdoor recreational activities offered to Joint Task Force Guantanamo Troopers during their off time. In addition to conducting interrogation operations to collect strategic intelligence in support of the global war on terror and support law enforcement and war crimes investigations, JTF Guantanamo personnel conduct safe and humane care and custody of detained enemy combatants. JTF Guantanamo is committed to the safety and security of American service members and civilians working inside its detention facilities.
