English: GULF OF OMAN (Aug. 2, 2009) Cmdr. Erik "Rock" Etz the commanding officer of the Stingers of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 113, breaks away from formation during an aerial change of command over the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).
