English: PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 14, 2009) Aviation electrician's Mate 3rd Class Matthew Turchetta, from Providence, R.I., signals an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Eightballers of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 8 as it prepares for take off during a vertical replenishment at sea on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). John C. Stennis and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 9 are participating in a strike group sustainment exercise off the coast of Southern California.
