Naval Air Crewman 2nd Class Andrew Lochmann, a search and rescue (SAR) swimmer assigned to the Sea Knights of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 22 makes his way across the flight deck to an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter prior to flight operations aboard of the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5). Bataan departed Naval Station Norfolk to provide humanitarian assistance disaster response in Haiti following the 7.0 magnitude earthquake on Jan. 12, 2010.
