Description
English: DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania (April 16, 2011) A Sailor demonstrates the strength of a round turn by having Tanzanian People's Defense Force sailors pull the line. The round turn is a type of knot used by sailors to secure a boat to a dock. Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa is partnering with the Tanzanian People's Defense Force Navy to share best practices on small boat operations to increase maritime capacity and security.
