English: YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 11, 2011) Chief Machinist Mate (Select) Robert F. McKinney gets fitted for his new combination cover by Chief Machinist Mate Michael Newcom during the Navy Exchange (NEX) Uniform Night at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka.
